Our Commitment to Copyright
ArtaFishal respects intellectual property rights. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the Australian Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), and similar copyright laws globally.
Sonar/Chart Screenshots: When users upload sonar or bathymetric chart screenshots, we analyse them with AI and store only the text analysis results. The original images are automatically deleted after processing. We do not redistribute copyrighted charts or images.
User-Uploaded Content: Users may also upload photos when logging catches. If you believe a photo or any other content uploaded by a user infringes your copyright, please follow the notice procedure below to request its removal.

Australian Copyright
In addition to the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) provisions above, ArtaFishal also respects the rights of copyright holders under the Australian Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). If you believe your copyright has been infringed and you are located in Australia, you may contact us using the same procedure outlined above.
Safe Harbour & User-Generated Content
ArtaFishal operates as a platform where users upload screenshots for personal analysis and photos for catch logging. We do not pre-screen content but respond promptly to valid takedown notices.
Important: Sonar/chart screenshots uploaded for analysis are not stored or redistributed. We only retain AI-generated text analysis for the user who uploaded the image. Catch photos are stored in the user's account and can be removed upon valid copyright notice.
